Become a member of Commit2Africa

For £20 (single) or £30 (family) per year, our members recieve monthly newsletters, via email. Please contact us if you wish to become a member. Membership fees can be paid, annually or monthly, via paypal or by cheque. We are setting up internet banking and direct debit facilities, and will let you know when they are live. If you wish to pay via paypal, please use our donate page.

Sponsor a Child

Sponsoring a child is a very personal, and highly rewarding, way to help our mission. For between £10-£27 per month you will be funding a child through formal education, also supporting their healthcare, food and clothing needs. For more information about sponsoring please see our FAQs, and also the children in need of sponsorship.

Make a one off donation

A donation, however small, will make a huge difference to Commit2Africa's work, and to the children's lives. For example, just £5 will pay for a month's school fees for a child.

Purchase Gifts from our Shop

Please visit our alternative gifts shop. If you wish to purchase something for a particular child on our site, please let us know by contacting us.

Fundraise for Commit2Africa

We can help with any findraising activities you would like to do for Commit2Africa. Ideas could include sponsored events, such as walks, cycles, etc. cake sales, charity football matches, etc. If you have an idea and would like to work with us, please let us know!

Volunteer with Commit2Africa

Volunteer online:

At Commit2Africa we are always looking for 'virtual volunteers' from around the world to help us via online communication.

Virtual volunteer tasks can include anything from researching outlets to promote our website, to assisting and contributing ideas to new projects.

Tasks we are currently looking for help with:

online research
help with drafting grant proposal
website development and promotion
idea generation
design work, ie flyers, posters, etc

Donate your unwanted books to Commit2Africa

We regularly hold book sales to raise funds for our work in Africa. If you have any books you no longer want, please consider donating them to us. Due to the cost of fuel, we can only collect from the Bath area. However we have various 'drop off points' in Avon, Somerset and Devon, so please do contact us if you have some you would like to donate.
